Smoking Again

I have recently started smoking the odd cigarette again, after quitting some time ago.:(
Last time i was cured by means of corporal punishment meted out to my bottom, hands and thighs, and i would like to see if a repeat stratagy works THIS time.
I am an "equal opportunities" type of person, so i welcome enquiries from both females AND males, as long as they know what they are doing
