The eternal optimist he is still searching for that very special lady. She would be bright, funny, preferably petite, young at heart - but age, ethnicity and marital status is not an issue - and looking for a discreet safe long term CP relationship, that ideally also includes regular email chats, gossip, emotional support/mentoring etc.
