Bottom getting cold with autumn approaching

My bottom is getting cold and needs to be warmed up again by a mature F / M or couple. Will YOU put me OTK ? can I put you OTK ? for a sound spanking. Unfortunately I can't accommodate but I can travel a reasonable distance from Edinburgh. I look forward to getting / giving a "good skelping" !!
