Hi there,for me the being restrained properly is every bit as important as the spanking/caning itself,so looking for someone that likes to really restrain their victim.Quite masochistic to the point where if I start to complain,then you can make the bondage tighter or the punishment more severe-anything up to judicial level considered!Sussex area
