i was a mere 15 years old, in hospital for a foot problem.
i was in the day room, smoking, yes you could smoke in hospital in those days.
a somewhat large lady, was in cleaning, and i was not paying a lot of attention to the conversation she was engaged in with some older guys in the room,when suddenly she mentioned spanking, she remarked that she had 3 boys who were all spanked if they misbehaved.
the conversation then had my full attention.
i dropped some cigarette ash on the floor, she immeadiately told me quite sternly, that if i did that again she would "put me over her knee".
the thought of my bottom being spanked with only rather flimsy pyjamas to offer protection did appeal to me greatly, however the thought of so many witnesses present in the room, made me turn down the chance.
so i was very careful not to miss the ashtray again.
i made sure that i did not give her the chance to carry out her threat.
a decision that i have regretted ever since.
