My all time favourite Fantasy is to go to Confession where I tell the Priest of my sins, whereupon I'm sentenced to a Severe caning, say 50 strokes or thereabouts. I'm lead to the Alter where I must strip naked, then kneel before said alter where I must say my prayers: a prayer for forgiveness and The Lords Prayer. Three Nuns then appear at his side, I'm ordered to drap myself over the Alter, whilst two of the Nuns hold me in place, the third (a Strong looking women) takes up position behind me with a fearsome looking Cane.....The Priest calls out the strokes whilst the Nun beats me, by the finish I'm sobbing and in a terrible state with my buttocks bleeding, I must then kneel and kiss the hand of the Nun who's Cleansed me of sin and thank her for her trouble. I have in the past been caned by a Lady who kindly dressed up as a Nun for me but that's as elaborate as it's got....so far!
