Hello everyone. I am Very much in need of a Strict Female or Male to administer a severe caning, it has to be a caning, though I would accept a Birching if there is anyone out there who knows how to construct and use one? I live in Woking, Surrey, I can travel, though as I don't drive it would have to be by Bicycle or train. I would be happy to be punished in a woodland setting or elsewhere should you care to name it. Thankyou.
