Hello,
I call myself Kes and live and spank in Cumbria. Originally I am from Germany. I am female active and got a male spankee; with whom I enjoy role play. I am his strict Aunt and I am good in my role... :) he enjoys it as much as he fears it, which I consider as a compliment!
I am 45 and prefer to give OTK spankings with the hand, but I am not a stranger to the cane or other implements.
BTW I am interested in a female spankee - regardless of age. It would be an advantage if you are from Cumbria but it isn't a condition.
