I have been a smoker for most of my life (i am now 49) and feel yet another attempt to quit is in order.
This, i feel needs to be in the form of encouragement and mentoring for an adult, but, should this prove to be ineffective, then a session where i would regress to the age i first started, and punished to a level that would be as severe and as thoroughly given to a "junior" boy as deemed appropriate.
Marking isnt a problem, but perhaps a more humiliating and embarrassing one would be of more benefit to me
