So Grandfather had offered me the deal...to accept or not?
My mind ran wild with the possibilities
Of this course of action.
Something primal deep down was pulling towards acceptance but a small voice inside was warning me of the consequences. ....
I sent a reply back to grandfather accepting his terms...
Nervously I awaited the post dropping on the mat...three days went by just bills and flyers and local menus...
A large A4 envelope dropped onto the floor I recognised the small neat handwriting as Grandfather's my heart beat faster as I slid a finger to open the letter. . I sat at my breakfast table
