Still looking for Judicial Caning

Male, late 50s still looking for authentic singapore-style judicial caning. Agreed number of strokes (6-8) will be given accurately, full-force and absolutely without mercy until "sentence" has been carried out, using a water-soaked judicial cane about 1.0-1.1 metres long and 12-13mm (1/2in) thick. Can't accomodate but can travel London/Midlands/SE. Looking for experienced female or male to carry this out - can be professional or non-pro but you must be powerful and accurate.
