I keep myself in shape, and expect you to do the same. I prefer to accomodate so you should be able to drive as am based semi rural. But can Travel but not at the drop of a hat.. Only on Public Transport.
Have had experience though living up here, my thresholds have diminshed so need a slow long warm up.
