a nice shiny hairbrush applied with vigour to bare cheeks and backs of thighs alternating areas to wide coverage never quite knowing where and when its gonna land then rubbing bristle side between the legs

what you describe for me is the ultimate way to get disciplined. For me it has long been a love hate relationship even the sight of a wooden hairbrush has me going tummy swirl and eyes downcast yet I end up at that point where I,m bouncing on a lap actively searching and rising to find the next splat. Does that ring home with you too
