I'm just getting into new year and getting rid of some old vices like alcohol with the help of Ruby Warrington's #100daysobercuriousreset program. I've also stopped sitting around so much and started running after a too long lapse.
I'd love for one of my new vices to be more frequent spankings, I'm lucky if I get a couple a week at the moment but injuries permitting I'd like to have at least one a day. From previous experience I've found that recovery is faster when frequency is higher. The abstinence from alcohol and the running should help too. Hopefuly as my moods improve due to the removal of alcohol induced highs and lows I'll be in a better mood to encourage discipline
