Good movies 2019

Hi there just wondering if we have any movie buffs on here , not spanking ones, more mainstream.

this year we have seen Green Book , Alitalia , Lego Movie 2 and in a couple of weeks we’re off to see Captain Marvel.

watching the Oscars I was delighted Green Book won best movie and that Rami Malik best actor .

Putting something up for the movie buffs!
I am no Barry Norman as I usually find sitting in cinema seats uncomfortable at the hour mark I wish they'd reintroduce intermission just so I could stretch my legs!!
The last film I saw was incredibles 2 that's about as cerebral as I get when it comes to movies...the dumber and shorter the better!!
Now I'm off to watch two helpings of Gone with the wind Arrrrrrgh!!!

Saw Aftermath on Friday night , wasn’t bad but wasn’t grippingly good.

Kiera Knightley and Jason Clarke are good actors but not enough in the somewhat predictable story to redeem it

I know I should support the flagging cinema's but bugger it ....bohemian rhapsody came out on sky movies so we downloaded it and it was really good faithful to Freddie and Queens legacy and great cast and I could watch it in my underwear without being removed!!
Anyone else been to the flicks lately?

Saw Captain Marvel last Saturday , hugely enjoyable and stunning effects , links into Avengers Endgame which was the main reason I saw it if I’m honest

Samuel L , again delivers and we find out how he lost his eye

Watched crimes of grindelwald today really good follow up out on dvd now!
I think the avengers is running out of steam although black panther was good but sometimes I wish they'd kill all the superhero movies off for a while
Or perhaps thanos meets deadpool?!?
